Minijet Filter
This is an incredible filter. Bueno filters are electric, they use a set of 3 pads which come in different grades of coarse for beer, fine for polishing wine and sterile which goes to half a micron ! The filter is completly self contained and easy to set up. The pads drop into place and can not be put in backwards as they will not fit. You then place the pick up tube into your wine of beer, this has stainless steel wire inside so you can shape it. This then goes to the pump which sucks the wine up through the pads and out into another sterile container. This incredible unit will filter 5 gallons of wine or beer in around 15 minutes flat. This is the sort of piece of equipment that when i showed it around my friends it was nearly impossible to get it back, once you have one of these you will wonder how you managed without it.
