Dissolve 5g/1 teaspoon per 1-2 litres of warm water depending on strength required & stir to fully
dissolve. Wash all equipment to be sanitised in this solution straight away The solution should be
used within 1 hour of preparation after which it will no longer be effective.
For containers/fermenters/bottles add sufficient solution & shake around all surfaces or use a
clean cloth in solution and wipe around ideally for 10 mins before draining, ideal for use with a bottle rinser.
Equipment should be clean before sanitising if not or if using straight or to remove residue or stains give a
quick rinse to wash away any particles.

This steriliser is an oxidising agent which upon dissolving in water yields hydrogen peroxide & sodium carbonate.
Sodium Percarbonate is a non chlorine bleaching agent so an effective sanitiser for surfaces/equipment.
The hydrogen peroxide created when dissolved in water decomposes over a short time frame (1 hour)
into harmless residual products oxygen & water, so no additional rinsing is required & is safe for the environment
