Callista is an aroma hop that is typically used in for late boil additions, including dry hopping, for flavour and aroma rather than bitterness.
Key flavors of the Callista hop include strawberry, pear, caramel, passion fruit and orange. Callista kicks off intense fruit flavors of passion fruit, apricot, peach, and blackberry, plus some pine. Low alpha acids make this a great hop for late-additions.
