We currently offer FREE DELIVERY for all lightweight (under 2kg packed) online orders over £45 and all over 2kg online orders over £65 for delivery to Areas A and B (as set by DHL/UKMAIL), England Wales & Scotland excluding highlands & Islands and offshore locations.

Lightweight orders under 2kg packed weight and small enough to be classed as a small parcel by the Royal Mail will ship for free if over £45 in value or for £4.00 if under. These orders are dispatched by Royal Mail second class signed for.
DHL/UKMAIL Next Working Day 24hour, Zones A & B, All England & Wales Mainland post codes and Scotland Excluding Highlands & Islands. See Offshore & Highlands for a list of postcodes classed as Highlands & Islands. All orders sent to this zone under the free shipping level will cost £4.99 and be dispatched on a next working day 24hour service.
Offshore & Highlands, Zone 2 Express 48- Highlands & Islands of Scotland. Scottish Highlands & Islands postcodes include IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-50, PA60-78, PH4-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, JE, GY, IM, TR21-25, AB 31-38, AB40-56,. All orders shipped to these postcodes are £15.50 per parcel up to 30kg gross weight.

We aim to dispatch all orders of stocked lines the same day or next day. Currently around 98% of orders are despatched with 24 hours (1 working day) of receiving them.
Parcels are collected from us each working day afternoon so for a same day dispatch an order needs to be with us before midday, although we always do our best to ship out as soon as is possible.
All carrier orders will send you notifications direct from the carrier with the predicted time for your delivery either by text or email depending on the information you have provided. Please ensure your email address is correct and if you include a mobile no. you will get full tracking texts following your parcel. A telephone number will also allow us to contact you with any queries regarding your order.
To be able to leave an order the delivery driver will require a signature, as long as the bill to address details match the registered address of the credit/debit card used we can ship to a different address such as to your place of work, alternatively please use the additional info box if there is somewhere the driver can try to deliver to, such as a neighbour if you are out.
You will receive an email or text message to confirm that your parcel has been dispatched an another to confirm it is out for delivery .
Please also ensure that your telephone number and email addresses are correct as these will be used to contact you should we have a query about your order or the carrier have any problems with delivery.
If you are not in a when the driver calls a calling card will be left with contact numbers, after 2 delivery attempts the parcel will be kept in the depot or local post office for a further 2 days and then returned to us for which the carrier will charge so when a calling card is left please contact the number to arrange a redelivery.
If you have a timed requirement for your order please include details under additional information on the order form, and allow time for us to pack the order.
Should an order require special handling we would contact you before shipping
We will always endeavour to send your order by the most economical means possible.
Should an item be out of stock for more than a couple of days or unavailable we will contact you and let you know an expected delivery date.
No carrier will take responsibility for the possible damage of glass ware, however we pack every order as safe and securely as possible and very rarely have we had any type of problem with any aspect of delivery but this does mean that we can not insure glass and by ordering glass items you accept responsibility for any damage.
As an environmentally aware company we recycle packaging materials where possible, including shredding waste paper as packing, while this may not always look the prettiest option it saves a lot of waste materials.
