Superb beer range with brewery grade brewing malt, dried malt, hop pellets, excellent yeast. No boiling. our most popular beers ever. The two kits in this range were developed over 10 months of exacting testing, brewing & research. The Brewery supplied the original recipes to Cellar supplies our own research and manufacturing arm who then had the malts produced to match the beers specifications. This resulted in a tin of commercial grade brewing malt only normally supplied to breweries and a sachet of spraydried malt extract. When this was then added to the same hops as used by York brewery a superb yeast that settles out well and simple no boil instructions, the results are truly amazing.
