Quick Chop - pre press fruit crushing
A great simple way to chop up your fruit before pressing, essential for any hard fruit like apples but also ideal for grapes as well as any other fruit as well.
This nice tool has a powder coated metal lid that is very easy to clean with stainless steel blade and a food grade 10litre (2 gallon) bucket.
This is a simple alternative to the fruit crushers like DRO2. Place the fruit into the 10 litre (2gallon) food grade bucket attach a drill to the top of the blade that comes through the lid place the lid on the bucket switch on the drill and work it up and down to chop the fruit.
Rememer that to get the most out of your fruit it needs to be the right consistency and most fruits and escpecially apples and grapes need to be crushed before pressing.
