Finally got round to putting this kit on and has been in the bottle about a month. Just opened one. Then another. The wife likes it and her usually prosecco drinking mate had 2 glasses. This combination really shouldn't work but it does. Really well. Strongly recommend it. Tonight's sample was garage temperature but I think chilled properly it will be the perfect summer refresher.

This is by far the best homebrew I have ever made. The taste is different from ordinary cider, the chilli hits you at the top of your throat and boy does it tingle. Be very careful how much you drink because it is very strong, I've had the pleasure of being tiddled a couple of times. As cider goes this is up there with the best. 5xxxxx
