The brew that started a whole system, Many years ago now we launched this as a limited edition seasonal brew now years later this incredible limited edition Christmas recipe beer kit that is so popular we produce it all year round. We have formulated this recipe to make 40 pints of wonderfully dark and rich winter ale with great grain & hop flavour and options to make it to either 4.5% or 6% abv.

It comes complete with all ingredients to brew this great ale except the water.

Simply steep the hop and grain teabags in hot water before adding the concentrated brewers wort and fermenting out
